Position Overview:

A professional mentor plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting mentees by sharing their expertise, providing valuable insights, and offering advice based on their experiences. The mentor helps the mentee navigate challenges, set goals, and cultivate essential skills, ultimately fostering personal and professional growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive professional experience in project management and business analysis, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries and business process improvements.

  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and business analysis techniques, supported by relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights, advice, and guidance to mentees.

  • Availability: Availability to dedicate time for regular mentoring sessions, either in person or through virtual platforms, and a willingness to provide ongoing support.

  • Commitment to Mentoring: A genuine commitment to the mentoring process, focusing on fostering the mentee's growth and success in business analysis, project and product management.

  • Career Guidance: Offer strategic career advice, helping mentees set and achieve professional goals within project management and business analysis.
